What do I get with a Ticket?

Included in every ticket type is the admission to the festival, which includes access to over 100 vegan vendors, many from out of of town locations, samples from numerous food and product vendors, access to live entertainment performances, kids activities, and a program of various experts (of local and national renown), which includes chef demos, educational or experiential talks, and yoga and fitness classes. Additionally, all ticket types include "True SWAG," free goodies given to attendees at the gate (while supplies last). Unlimited drink tastings are provided by the various kombucha, cider, beer and wine vendors, though full pours require use of a drink token (additional tokens can be purchased at the event). Food (meals) and merchandise cost extra, based on the the individual vendors' prices. More information on the Tickets can be found here.

Why is there an admission cost?

The event itself has an admission due to the cost to produce an event like this. Expenses range from the venue rental itself, vendor equipment, permits, electricity, porta potties, trash disposal, labor, security, insurance, marketing, general labor, and general administrative expenses. The program (music, speakers, sound, etc) all cost to produce. On top of that, there are a lot of perks and material giveaways that bear costs. We offer a professional team with a fun experience to match the value. Part of the benefit of what admission gets you is a festival that does not have astronomically long lines, uncomfortable crowds, or a disorganized experience like a free event would - it simply costs more to offer more. On top of all that, a part of the proceeds go to benefit local charity.

What is Vegan?
